Hi, I’m Clare!

a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist

passionate about helping others achieve balance, vitality and better health

I offer personalised nutritional therapy services to address a wide range of health concerns and empower my clients to take control of their wellbeing.

My journey to becoming a naturopathic nutritionist

My journey into naturopathic nutrition began after years of navigating my own health challenges. For many years, I worked in the fast-paced world of the City and became all too familiar with the effects of chronic stress on both body and mind.

Life took a challenging turn when I struggled with fertility issues, including miscarriages, fertility treatments, and an ectopic pregnancy. These experiences were deeply difficult but led to the greatest blessing of my life—my beautiful daughter. They also ignited a profound interest in how nutrition and holistic therapy can support the body’s natural ability to heal.

This passion led me to the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), where I gained a diploma in naturopathic nutrition. The rigorous three-year curriculum, grounded in nutritional science, gave me the tools to address the underlying causes of health concerns of clients, rather than simply managing symptoms.

A holistic approach to nutritional therapy

Now living in rural Dorset with my family and two dogs, I draw inspiration from nature and the healing power of a balanced lifestyle. My approach combines nutrition, functional medicine principles, and an understanding of how lifestyle and environment influence health.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic health conditions such as hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, or autoimmune concerns, I take a personalised approach to support the whole person.

Empowering wellness through tailored health programmes

As a Nutritional therapist using nutritional science and health coaching techniques, I work closely with clients to create bespoke health programmes customised to their unique needs. I believe in addressing the root causes of chronic health challenges to support lasting improvements in health and wellbeing

Restoring gut health and addressing chronic conditions

Gut health plays a vital role in overall wellbeing, impacting everything from energy levels to immunity. Whether you’re struggling with digestive imbalances or managing perimenopause, my personalised plans focus on restoring balance and enhancing your quality of life.

What is naturopathic nutrition?

Naturopathic nutrition focuses on whole, nutrient-rich foods to promote health and prevent disease. Rooted in the principles of naturopathy, it emphasises the body’s inherent ability to heal itself.

This holistic nutritional approach considers individual needs and addresses factors such as age, lifestyle, genetic predispositions, and health conditions. By incorporating functional medicine principles, I help my clients achieve optimal health through food, herbal remedies, and mindful living.

Supporting your journey to optimal health

From fertility struggles and hormonal imbalances to managing autoimmune conditions or navigating perimenopause, I’m here to guide you with compassion and expertise. My goal is to empower you to take control of your health with a plan that supports your body’s unique needs.

Having experienced my own health challenges, I understand how isolating and overwhelming they can be. That’s why I take a holistic approach, addressing both the body and mind to help my clients thrive.
